Smt. Mankamna Devi came to the world in 1949. She was born at Bathaili, Dist.-Purnia(Bihar) with her inspiration and blessings, Scholars Group of Education provides all its students the platform of knowledge, from where they can achieve the best future to become good human beings who can contribute their best to the development of the society.
